No, referrals are not required to see our Athletic Therapists.
In most cases Athletic Therapy is covered by insurance companies, however you should inquire with your provider for further details on your coverage.
Our Personal Trainers are equipped with the knowledge to give you a personalized training plan, make sure your form is correct, and provide you with motivation & accountability
Ideally the number of sessions would range from 2-3 times a week. However, it depends on the availability of the client.
Clients should bring comfortable clothes that they can move around in, comfortable training shoes, a water bottle, a towel (if needed).
Weightlifting consists of two lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. In the snatch, a lifter picks up the barbell and lifts it over their head in one motion. In the clean and jerk, the lifter picks up the barbell and brings it to their shoulders and then lifts it over their head.
No experience is necessary to join us. We welcome anyone who would like to join our club, whether they are novice or advanced.
